At Serene, our team is composed of consulting veterans, legal practitioners, medical advisors, coordinators, and experienced donors and surrogates. We ensure that every aspect of the assisted reproduction journey is carefully considered and we assist and accompany our intended parents through every step.

We have four key departments supporting our intended parents. The CC Departments (Consulting Department and Coordination Department) interact directly with our intended parents, understanding their needs and guiding them through the entire process. The RR Departments (Recruiting Department and Research Department) serve as our backbone, providing robust technical and resource support.

Consulting Department

Our consulting veterans possess extensive knowledge, skill, and experience in understanding customers and identifying their pain points. They are also deeply familiar with the assisted reproduction industry and market, enabling them to guide our intended parents effectively, provide clear explanations, and set appropriate expectations at different stages.

Intended parents often feel anxious about the complex processes and procedures, contingency fees, duration and schedule, and special health issues. Our consultants can address all these concerns with precedent, offering reassurance and clarity throughout the journey.

Coordination Department

The mission of the Coordination Department is to ensure seamless coordination for our customers.

We take pride in our coordinators, all of whom are highly educated and proficient in multiple languages. This enables them to translate professional complexities into plain language for our intended parents, facilitating efficient decision-making.

Beyond basic interpretation and translation, our coordinators play a crucial role in connecting our intended parents with domestic and overseas institutions, including law firms, assisted reproduction clinics, donation and surrogacy agencies, maternity hospitals, insurance companies, and more. Their efforts contribute significantly to our intended parents' overall experience and success in their assisted reproduction journey.

Recruiting Department

Due to various reasons, our intended parents often require external assistance from donors and surrogates. Therefore, having an ample supply of donor and surrogate resources is crucial to our intended parents' success.

Our Recruitment Department, an experienced recruiting agency, consistently collaborates with local and global communities, donor banks, donation agencies, and surrogacy agencies. Their goal is to meticulously screen and recruit high-quality donors and surrogate mothers to meet the specific needs of our intended parents.

Researching Department

Assisted reproductive technologies and associated laws are continuously evolving, creating a dynamic landscape.

Our Research Department remains committed to understanding the evolving technologies and market trends from the perspective of our intended parents. They continuously engage with leading clinics, law firms, intermediaries, and other relevant entities to stay abreast of developments.
