How To Become A Sperm Donor

Here's the step-by-step process for becoming a sperm donor at Serene:

  • Online Application: Fill out our online sperm donor application before visiting us

 

  • Semen Analysis: Once your application is submitted, schedule a visit to provide a preliminary sperm sample. We'll analyze the sample to assess its quality. You should abstain from ejaculation for 2-3 days before providing the sample

 

  • Questionnaire, Background Check, and Interview: If your semen analysis indicates good sperm quality, complete an online health questionnaire and undergo a background check. Our staff will review your answers to ensure you meet our donor requirements. You'll then participate in a short phone interview to proceed to the next step

 

  • Clinical Examination and First Donation: Undergo a clinical examination where healthcare professionals will collect urine and blood samples. You'll also provide your first sperm donation during this visit and receive compensation. Bring valid identification documents and social security cards

 

  • Final Approval: If your urine and blood test results meet our standards, you'll receive final approval as a sperm donor at Serene. This means you can officially donate sperm and help families in need

 

Throughout the process, our team will guide you and ensure a smooth experience as you contribute to helping others build their families.

Sperm Donor Requirements

To qualify as a sperm donor at Serene, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Age: Between 18 and 44 years old

  • Health: Physically and mentally healthy

  • Height: At least 5’6” (5’4" for men of Asian or certain Hispanic descents)

  • Background Check: Willing to undergo a background check

  • Citizenship: US citizen or permanent resident of the US

  • Language: Able to communicate effectively in English

  • Availability: Able to attend all appointments during the donation process
